This complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the USA and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union. However, in some countries, such as Spain, national legislation sets different age limits. Specifically, according to Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD), in Spain, the use of the Service is only allowed for individuals who are at least 14 years old. This aligns with local data protection laws and takes into account the provisions of GDPR, which allows setting an age threshold for independent consent no lower than 13 years.

Age Confirmation: During registration, users confirm that they are of the required age to use the social network and provide accurate information about their age. We reserve the right to request age confirmation and, if necessary, block or delete accounts that violate the age requirements. Entering Registration Data. At the first stage, you need to enter basic registration information. In the "Sign Up" section, Users are asked to enter their email address in the corresponding "E-mail" field and create a password for their Account by entering it in the "Password" field. During this process, the system may use autofill functionality to simplify data entry. Afterward, you will need to agree to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of 4GOO by ticking the corresponding box.

Language Selection. After proceeding to registration, you have the option to select the interface language. The language is automatically set based on your device settings, but English is set as the default. Users can choose any other language from the list of available languages. The Service reserves the right to change the list of available languages and make changes to existing language versions without prior notice to Users.

Verification of Entered Data. After filling in all the fields, if the data is entered correctly, the "Sign Up" button becomes active, and you can click it to proceed. If the email address is entered in an incorrect format, you will see an error message, and the email address field will be highlighted in red. In this case, you need to correct the error to continue the registration.

Account Setup. After successfully entering the basic data, Users proceed to set up their Account. In the "Setup Account" section, the User enters their first name in the "First Name" field and last name in the "Last Name" field. Then, the User selects their birthdate from the calendar by clicking on the "Birth Day" field and choosing the appropriate date. After entering all the necessary information, the User clicks the "Continue" button to complete the account setup.

Users can choose a Referrer during the registration process at the "Choose a Referrer" stage from the list of available individuals. The list will display users who are already registered in the Service, with their photo, full name, and location pulled from their profile. The Referrer list can be sorted by registration date so that the most recently registered users are displayed at the top. Additionally, you can register via a QR link received from the Referrer, which automatically populates the Referrer information during registration.

Changing Name, Surname, or Other Personal Information. Users have the ability to change their name and surname in the "Account Settings" section within 24 hours after registration. After this period, further changes can only be made after submitting a corresponding request to customer support with an explanation of the reason for the change. Comments Comments are an important part of interaction. Users can leave comments under posts from other Users, allowing for active discussion of the content. Comments can contain images, text, emojis, stickers, and links. The post author and other Users can reply to comments, creating discussion threads that foster lively debates.

For mobile devices, an additional repost function is available, allowing Users to share content outside the Service via the system's sharing screen, such as sending posts, music, or images to external platforms or apps. This expands the possibilities for interaction and helps spread interesting content to a wider audience. All reposts fully adhere to the privacy settings selected by the original post author, ensuring the confidentiality and rights to the content.

Overall, the News Feed creates a dynamic and interactive space for communication and information exchange between Users, making the Account lively and interesting for all Users.

If there is no active story in the web version of the Service, the list of stories will collapse.

Opening Chat and Responding to Stories Users have the option to reply to stories from other Users by sending a message. The message is sent to the author and appears in the "Messages" section, where Users can view responses to their stories and continue communication.

Privacy Settings for Stories Users can choose who has access to their stories by adjusting the privacy settings for each individual post. Available options include: Show to all platform users; Show only to friends; Show to selected contacts; Hide from specific Users; and the "Show only to me" setting to limit visibility to themselves.

The provisions of this section do not grant you automatic rights to use music in your posts.

Restrictions on commercial use of music: Using music for commercial purposes or in non-personal content is prohibited without the appropriate license. If you do not have permission to use music for commercial purposes, your content may be blocked or removed. It is important to note that participation in a revenue-sharing program for music does not automatically make a video commercial.

Prohibition of using the Service for music listening: Our Service is not intended to be used as a platform for listening to music. If your content is solely intended to allow others to listen to music, it may be blocked, and your account, page, or group may be removed.

Removal of unauthorized content: If you post content containing music without the proper permission or license, such content may be reviewed by the rights holder and blocked or removed. Rights holders have the right to request the removal of content that infringes on their rights.

Geographic restrictions: Using music in content may be subject to geographic restrictions. This means content containing certain music may be unavailable in some countries due to local laws or the absence of appropriate licenses.

Recommendations for music usage: We recommend using short excerpts of musical works in your videos. The more music you use, the higher the likelihood that its usage will be restricted or blocked. Content should have a visual component, and music should not be the primary focus.

Disputing restrictions: If you believe you have the right to use musical content that has been blocked or restricted, you can appeal this decision through special tools in the Service. You may also contact the rights holder to resolve this issue or submit a request for review by our operations department.
